NOTE: SPACE is limited and it’s a first come first serve basis in varying categories. Applications will be reviewed for approval to participate at this event. We will make every effort to accommodate your selection.

 

TERMS OF EXHIBITION:

No space will be reserved without a signed application and full payment. All items sold must be listed and approved by management. We reserve the right to accept or refuse exhibitor participation We reserve the right to remove items from a booth that is not listed. All exhibitors are responsible for leaving their area clean. No firearms, knives, drug paraphernalia, obscene and/or illegal items. All events are rain or shine. In the event of show cancellation due to weather, there will be no refunds. Absolutely no packing prior to the close of the fair. Assigned space will not be held for exhibitors arriving after the stated start time. NO REFUNDS. Vendors MUST submit proof of insurance & license/sales tax/EIN to catering@panashnyc.com within three (3days) of completing their application form, for application to be approved.

Verification checks will be done to confirm Active MARLS membership to qualify for discounted rate. The difference in cost should be paid three (3) days before the date of the event if their MARLS membership has expired.

 

My signature indicates that I am in agreement with the above terms of the exhibition. It is further agreed that all vendors are independent agents and that neither Panash Eurosoul, the sponsoring group, or the owner of the premises, will be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever.
